At the end of 2006 the second phase of the
Mazarron Country Club will have been finalised
and the third phase will be put into operation.
At this stage all the properties will be
occupied with residents from 14 different
countries, including; Germany, England, Belgium,
Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Norway, France and
the Netherlands. Several Spaniards have also
bought there second homes here.
There are many different designs and styles of
houses at the Mazarron Country Club, for more

hand side of this page. All the properties
include; roller shutters on the windows, tiled
floors, fully fitted kitchens, terraces and
pergolas, etc. Each house also has its own power
and water supply, and internet, satellite and
phone connection. |
