My experience with Crossborder during the purchase and building of my house in Spain: Crossborder’s expertise
and market knowledge is second to none, and the support they gave me
during the purchase of my house was perfect. I found them to be much
more professional and organised compared to other Spanish brokers that I
had contact with. I had no problems with the language barrier as all the
employees of Crossborder spoke excellent Spanish and also understood the
differences between the two cultures. I wanted to be involved in the
design and construction of my house so Crossborder assisted me in the
communication between myself, the contractor and the pool manufacturer.
They also confirmed the contractor’s schedule and that the quality of
his work would be to the highest possible standard. I received regular
updates on the progress of the construction of my house via pictures and
e-mail. The staff had regular contact with the contractor so any queries
